0.65g 1 capsule contains 5 billion KOB Probiotic microorganisms.

Usage Information

 For ages 11 years and over, it is recommended to consume 2 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended amount. (If the capsule is difficult to swallow, it can be opened and poured into the mouth or added to solid yogurt and purees)

A healthy and balanced diet should be preferred when using the product, and excessive sugary, refined carbohydrate and fatty foods should not be consumed.
