ESBENES FOOD COSMETICS PHARMACEUTICALS CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD. CO. DISTANT SALES AGREEMENT (www.akkermansiam.com.tr)

This contract has been drawn up in accordance with the Regulation on the Application Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137, and has been drawn up based on the obligation to make a contract for sales made over the internet, and the articles are as follows.

ARTICLE 1 - SUBJECT

The subject of this contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers / Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts in relation to the sale and delivery of the product sold by the SELLER to the BUYER, whose qualifications and sales price are specified below.

ARTICLE 2.1 - SELLER INFORMATION

ARTICLE 2.2 - BUYER INFORMATION

As a customer, www. akkermansiam.com.tr is the representative of the organization that is a member of the shopping site.

The address and contact information reported in the member registration is taken as basis.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

It consists of the type, quantity, brand / model, color, quantity, sales price, payment method, information at the time the order is finalized.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER declares that he / she has read and informed all preliminary information regarding the basic qualities, sales price and payment method and delivery of the product or products subject to the contract specified in Article 3 and that he / she has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. The product or products subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person / organization at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period described in the preliminary information depending on the distance of the BUYER's settlement for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. This period can be extended for a maximum of 10 days, provided that the BUYER is notified beforehand.

4.3. If the product subject to the contract will be delivered to a person / organization other than the BUYER, ESBENES FOOD COSMETIC PHARMACEUTICAL CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD. ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for the failure of the person / organization to accept delivery.

4.4. ESBENES GIDA COSMETIC PHARMACEUTICAL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD. ŞTİ. is responsible for the delivery of the product subject to the contract in intact, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with documents and user manuals, if any.

4.5. For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, the price must be paid in the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If for any reason the product price is not paid or canceled in the bank records, ESBENES FOOD COSMETIC PHARMACEUTICAL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD. ŞTİ. is deemed to have been released from the obligation to deliver the product.

4.6. After the delivery of the product, if the bank or financial institution does not pay the product price of ESBENES FOOD COSMETIC COSMETIC PHARMACEUTICAL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD. ŞTİ., the product must be sent to ESBENES FOOD COSMETIC PHARMACEUTICAL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD. ŞTİ. within 3 days, provided that the product has been delivered to the BUYER. In this case, transportation expenses belong to the BUYER.

4.7. ESBENES GIDA COSMETIC COSMETIC PHARMACEUTICAL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD. ŞTİ. If it cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions that prevent transportation, interruption of transportation, it is obliged to notify the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may use one of the rights to cancel the order, to replace the product subject to the contract with a precedent, if any, and / or to postpone the order until the situation preventing the delivery time is eliminated. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid by the BUYER shall be paid to him in cash and in lump sum within 15 business days.

4.8. This contract becomes valid after approval by the BUYER.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within (7) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to him or the person / organization at the address indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, ESBENES GIDA COSMETIC PHARMACEUTICAL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD. ŞTİ. must be notified by fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the product must not be used within the framework of the provisions specified in the return conditions. If this right is exercised, the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER ESBENES FOOD COSMETIC PHARMACEUTICAL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD. It is obligatory to return the original and copy copy of the invoice with the sample of the cargo delivery record that the product was sent to ŞTİ. Within 10 days following the receipt of these documents, the product price is returned to the BUYER. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the BUYER.

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products that cannot be returned due to their nature, disposable products, copyable software and programs. Each
